Jay Reed, President
Jay serves as president of ABC of Alabama and is a registered lobbyist for the association. He is publisher of Alabama Construction News, ABC of Alabama's publication. Jay is founder of Alabama Employers for Immigration Reform, served on Governor Riley’s Immigration Commission and presently sits on the Board of the Alabama Council of Association Executives and the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Board of Directors for Jefferson County. Jay is also ABC National’s Chapter President’s Council of his peers. Weekends find Jay at Smith Lake. He enjoys leisure reading of James Patterson. Todd Walker, Vice President/Workforce Development
A graduate of Auburn University, Todd is ABC of Alabama's Vice President and is responsible for the chapter's role in workforce development. Todd is married and has two boys. He loves his church and enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Cody Jackson, Vice President of Membership
A graduate of The University of West Georgia, Cody joined the ABC team in December 2025. He is the Vice President of Membership and his duties include member recruitment, member retainage, business development and training. With his knowledge and his tenure in the industry, we look for Cody to make a great impact within our chapter. Cody lives in Cullman with his wife and son.

Jenny Wilson, VP of Operations/Accounting
Jenny joined ABC of Alabama in 1996. During her time at ABC, she has held numerous roles in the association. She is currently the Vice President of Operations. She is responsible for the every day accounting needs of the association, handles all communications with the Board of Directors and assists the President and Vice President of Membership with recruiting and retaining members of the association. She is married and has one son.

Monica Marcrum, Member Services & Communications
Monica rejoined the ABC of Alabama staff in 2023. She is responsible for the chapter's Safety Committee, Safe Day Awards, Student Chapters, Member Service requests as well as handling the creation and registration for all events. Monica has two sons and three grandsons.
